PASTOR RAY SMITH is the Senior Pastor at Impacting Your World Christian Center in Elkton, Maryland, a growing non-denominational, multi-cultural, multi-racial church. With over nineteen years of combined Pastor, Associate Pastor, Youth Pastor, Chaplain and Youth Counselor experience, including development and growth of one of Philadelphia's largest Youth Ministries (High Impact Teen Ministry), Pastor Ray, under the leadership of Founders and Pastors Ray & Tracey Barnard, has been ordained to minister to youth, adults and families the word of faith that will change their lives forever.
Sharing the message of hope and faith, it is the vision of Pastor Ray that through innovative and unique ministry outreach, Impacting Your World Christian Center Elkton will establish a Christ centered culture that will create people who cannot be destroyed!

PASTOR SUSAN SMITH is an anointed woman of God who ministers with authority and clarity. Her objective is to deliver the uncompromising Word of God so that people will be propelled into living the Word and applying it. Pastor Susan assists her husband with various aspects of the ministry and directs Godsisters, the women's ministry at IYWCC.
